2026-2027 Registration Information

Registration Dates

• Registration opens: June 24, 2026
• Open for both Regular Season and "A" Tryout registrations.
• "A" Tryout Registration Deadline:  July 20 2026
• No late "A" registrations will be accepted.

Payment Information

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Fees include Ringette Manitoba and Winnipeg Ringette League fees, game ice, referee and minor official fees.
• Fees also include NWRA association costs such as registration software, website fees, equipment storage, jerseys, coaching supplies, and development programs.

 “A” Tryout Registration and Fees

• “A” tryout fees for 2026-27 are $160 and are non-refundable.
• Tryouts will begin Thursday August 27, 2026.

• Dates, times and rosters for all tryouts will be communicated by the CAT committee.
  Players are reminded that “A” tryouts are not a camp.
• Only players intending to play at the “A” level if selected should register for tryouts.
  Withdrawals have a significant impact on the team formation process.
• Financial penalties will be applied to players who commit to “A” tryouts and withdraw.
  Fines are as directed by the Centralized “A” Tryout Committee, please refer to the CAT Policy for details
• Playing on an “A” team is a significant commitment of time and finances, please refer to CAT expectations document:
• “A” team regular season consists of 20 games, with regular season play beginning in early October
• Players who make an “A” team will have an additional fee applied to their registration
  following tryouts and team announcements. This additional fee will cover the costs of
  ice and officials for the additional home games.

2019 Birth Year R4U Players

2019 birth year players with previous ringette experience may elect to register for U10.

An assessment will be conducted by the Northwest Ringette Association prior to team formations to ensure suitability of age advancement.

First-Year Player Discount

NWRA is offering all new players (individuals who have not previously been registered in the sport of ringette) a 50% discount on their registration fee.

Please note:

• The discount applies to the registration fee only and does not include the $75 NWRA Association Fee.
• This incentive is available only to players who reside within NWRA boundaries.
• Players transferring from another ringette association are not eligible for this discount.
